THE BATTLE OF JANGSARI (2019/ KOREAN WAR MOVIE)

1950s Korean War.  North Korea's goal is to capture Incheon.  In order to divert their attention from it, South Korea decides to launch attacks in many areas. For this, an army of 772 children trained in just two weeks is being sent to the Jangsari coast. Captain Lee Myung Joon sets out for Jangsari aboard the huge ship Moonsan, accompanied by child soldiers who do not know the significance of the mission.  There they are greeted by bullets and shells.
     The film tells the story of the fighting strength and resilience of a South Korean infantry force that is weaker than the North Korean army. The director beautifully captures the emotional moments of personal relationships in the midst of war.
     The director has dedicated this film to the child soldiers who forgot the country and fought bravely for the country.  This Korean movie will definitely annoy you..!
